Where is the subtitle button?

The loading subtitle button disapeared. Its impossible to watch videos now. Please fix this bug!

Excellent!

Recently, it wasnt working correctly, with a lot of bugs and the videos didnt open... But, in the last update these problems was solved. I recommends this app of course

Younity Review

Great app. I use this to stream movies from my Mac to my iPhone and iPad as well as use it to view and edit files. My one issue with this recent update is that it no longer allows videos to play over a Bluetooth speaker and view the video at the same time. The window "now viewable on your tv" shows up on the iPad when connected to a Bluetooth speaker.

Not that great

Does not use QuickTime player and when playing a video through hdmi you cant turn off your screens display, half the time the video fails to play

Missing major feature.

I downloaded to replace my plex media server that I currently use stream media, but unfortunately this cannot able to access my files from NAS. So until it gets fixed, no go for me.

A bait for fools

V 1.12.4 was almost ok: good idea, better intentions, poor desktop side - but free. Current 1.13 not only has NO improvements, but asks for a >2€ MONTHLY fee/ransom to operate from a non-home network. = TOTALLY USELESS - and sadly DISAPPOINTING SUCH A SHAME

Fraud!

This app WAS cool because it was free. I said WAS because after the last update (that BTW I didnt do) if yoi want to use the app you have to pay for it. But hey! You can still just watch the files in your computer on your phone. And only if you are at home under the same wifi. Sooo cool! Great job! Apple should remove this app as soon as possible. Its a fraud.

CRASHED INSTANTLY

I went to open the app as I want to watch movies offline on my trip in s few weeks...but instead the app wont open. It shows a quick flash and is gone.

Bluetooth headphones do not work!

You cannot use Bluetooth headphones with this app. Seems like a huge oversight.

List of things that dont work for me.

P2P Bluetooth headphones Downloading videos over wifi Things that dont work well: Watching video over relay causes the video to pause and buffer every 2 minutes.

Cannot cast

Great app but would be amazing if it had ability to cast to something other than Bluetooth.

Very good

Excellent

Works well, easy to figure out and they helped me out when had a problem.

Wont work

Wont work after update and wont let me subscribe or get free trial real lame

Used to be great

Used it quite a bit and really enjoyed it, this last update though, went to a subscription based service. $3.00 a month that took away features I was getting for free. Its one thing to add new features and have a subscription for that, in fact that makes sense and is almost expected, but to take away features people are using and force to subscribe... not very well executed people. I dont recommend this at all. Just wait for macOS Sierra and pay for some iCloud storage to access all your files, this service here isnt worth it. And if looking for some kind of server service for movies, Plex is the way to go, has a lot of great features for free and even better for a monthly, or yearly subscription.

It was never that reliable but now useless

So many times I was away from home and needed to see a file on my PC. Thats what this free app was supposed to solve. But far to often it would say the PC was offline, even though it wasnt. Now it seems theyve gotten greedy and want me to pay for unpredictable reliability? No thanks...youre not the only choice out there.

Why bother

They require you to sign up before previewing the service. Shortest lived app on my phone to date.

Unreliable and require monthly fee.

It used to be free, but the app has many problems as well. For example, the video is low quality even though you have the HD, they never fix it and now charging monthly fee. Dont waste your time, change to TONIDO. I tried it, it works well, and video are HD.

Impossible to install

Horrible app. I have tried eight times to install it, and every time I get an error message telling me I have not entered a valid email address. I have had the same email address for years; I think I know how to enter it.

Doesnt show the folder I need

Pulls up my video folder but wont show my picture folder. The app scanned my computer and was done, I have the Younity app on my phone and both devices are registered
